trixteetools.com relies on industry-leading third party logistic companies as its courier service partners.
trixteentools.com ships all heavy items using surface couriers, (3-7 days) while other light items are shipped by air (1-4 days) post-dispatch.
For locations not covered by our courier service providers, we use India Speed Post to deliver your orders.
Deliveries to remote locations may take up to 7 business days or more, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.

What is the general return policy on Trixteentools.com?
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Trixteentools.com, we assure you that all products sold on trixteetools.com are brand new and 100% genuine. In case, the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our Return policy has got you covered. A possible resolution could be Replacement or Refund depending on the case. Your return request will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
The product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
Defective Products with No Warranty cover by the manufacturer.
Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
Items that are returned without original packaging or accessories.
What should I do if I receive a Damaged or Defective Item?
If an item is found defective or damaged, please get in touch with our Team via E-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 81 6050 5889 within 2 Days of receipt of the product. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier cost.
How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. You have to send an email to support at email@example.com. for cancellation requests. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped to you.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 24-48 hours to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
